Introduction of environmental management system
Melanova Coaching accompanied the introduction process of the environmental management system Green Rooster as well as the cultural change towards a more sustainable Catholic Church of the city of Lucerne.

Increasing impact and sustainability through governance assessment
Together with the Aid Governance Foundation, the organisation Ciudad Don Bosco in Colombia, which is a flagship project for the integration of street children and child soldiers, underwent a governance assessment to examine issues such as risks, strategy and integrity. Around 100 employees from various management levels took part in the process. Governance gaps were identified and joint measures were taken to strengthen the organisation's impact and sustainability in the long term.
